Watch Engraving
A watch, or better yet—an engraved watch, is a classic gift, great for any occasion or major life achievement. If of premier quality, the watch can last a lifetime. However, over time watches get scratched up, and it becomes harder to read the engravement. That's why we engrave on the back of the watch, so the engraving remains legible and looks good for years to come.
The backs of watches are usually made from some type of steel and engrave very well. The only problem is that whoever designed the watch places their logos, printing, and other information here, interfering with our engraving space. This is where we get creative. We usually can find space above and below the logo, etc., for both a name and a special date. We can also engrave around the diameter of the watch back if space allows. As a last option, some watches may have a wide enough link for engraving (where you latch the watchband). However, this is not an ideal area as it gets scratched up easily, and the engraving becomes harder to read.
Graduation Watch Engraving
For graduates, what better way to congratulate them on their new stage in life than an engraved watch. We typically engrave the graduate's name, school initials, and the graduation date. If there is room, we can add "Congratulations" or some other nice engraving.
Retirement Watch Engraving
For retirees, a stunning gift of congratulations is a personalized engraved watch. We typically include the person's name, the company or industry they are retiring from, and the retirement date. If room allows, we can add "Congratulations on your Retirement" or something similar.
